Recently the Website has been… temperamental, to say the least. Due to hosting issues, we were left with two options – stick it out for now, or find a new host. Unfortunately as anyone who has a website would know, hosting has gone up in price a lot, and it would end up being a pretty expensive option even for a group as small as ours. 

Based on our options and with the communities support, we have opted to stick it out for now, with a few small changes to the way things are run to ease the strain of things not loading when we want them to.

• Event Submissions: While we would still prefer any event submissions be submitted on the website if possible, we understand that the website might not cooperate as we would like. For this, we are supplementing with our Discord Server. Now, under the ‘Official’ tab group, you will find a new forum called “Event Submissions”. In the case that you are unable to submit on the forums, you can reply to the thread for the event in question, and have it still count as on time. 
• Breedings: If you are trying to submit a last minute breeding, we are offering some leeway in cases that the website goes down. For the foreseeable future, if you post a breeding within 1-2 days of the end of the month and mention you would like the previous months incentive, we will honor it. (IE, you try to post June 30th, the website says no, you post July 1st and mention you wanted a June Breeding but couldn’t post, we will honor the June Incentive). In an effort to ensure your breedings are rolled for the correct month, we do encourage not waiting until the end of the month however. 
• Monthly Joust: Same as Breedings, if you make note that you tried to post the previous weeks entry, but the website would not let you, we will give you a few days leeway for posting.
• JdpA: JdpA also has a thread in Discord, where the assignments are posted. Due to it being two months long in theory there should be enough time to get your entries submitted either to the website, or to Discord. With this we ask our members cooperation, if your partner messages you for more information about your Quirlicorn or for an image of them, understand the website may not be loading properly.
