History
- Argus was born into a Noble Family of the Zaquar Kingdom. He had grown up with the finest luxeries and education having been prepared to take up the family name and task should ever the Dominus fall. He never tried to excel in any part of his life and instead purposefully chose to hang back so he would be unnoticed and get to live his own life more freely.

Personality/Characteristics
--Argus Panoptes was born to anoble family, however, unlike his relative 500 - Charles Finnegan, his noble upbringing left him less proper and strict. He is extremely laid back, believing that the proper rules of nobility and the wealthy were frivilous suggestions. 

-- He prefers to go by Argus, but when needing to be formal or others preferred to be formal, they may call him Panoptes. However, being called by Panoptes often urked him. 
- Argus is a very calm and collected soul. It takes a lot to get underneath his skin and bug him. In fact, he finds it funny how often others try to tamper with his good mood and fortune.
- He has trouble taking his life seriously, often blowing off his tasks just so he can live a little. He doesn't see a point in his titlle or upbringing and believes that he should live whatever life he should want to choose, not the one destined to him by his bloodline.
- Argus is very friendly and quite the talker, often finding the quietest one at the party and trying to strike up a conversation with them. He can be relentless in the way he tries to make friends, often being desribed as overbearing.While this friendliness is partially due to the fact that he loves to meet people and understand them, it is also due to the fact that it makes someone easily trust him. This trustworthiness makes it easy to get the secrets of the others. Due to this, he is extremely good at information gathering which makes him an invalueable asset to Charles Finnegan; not that he particularly cares about using this information for anyone but himself.
