Welcome to Vespedaea, beautiful from a distance, but cursed up close. 
Vespedaea is the only island in the plains region.  
Visitors welcome at their own risk.  

Visiting Vespedaea is dangerous at these times.  You never know when one of the curses will rear its ugly head.  Even without the curses, running into Vespa might not go in your favor either.  
If you do dare to visit, you can discover a face cave (it's not a skull) on the northern rim of the island.  In the waters of the south west you might sight a local water monster who frequents those waters.  In the center you'll find Vespa's abode where there is actually a little bit of grass and a handful of trees.  
Wildlife is sparse on the island but can be found in the surrounding waters.
