Icy:

Go weather watching -- Cloud in a Jar

Plains:
Plant a vegetable garden -- Cornucopia
Acquire Fairy Dust from a fairy -- Item

Desert:
Ride a Magic Carpet -- Item
Steal the feather of a Phoenix -- Item

Windy:
Play a song using Chimes -- Item
Make an offering to birds -- Item

Mountain: BLESSED
The RNG Gods have smiled upon you and blessed your Quests with a Favourable outcomes!
