Mutation Suggestion

So the  mutation idea I had is called Plumed or Crested. Long feathers usually singular plumes floating at the shoulders. RNG would add Royal Plumed/Crested which would add the same around the head behind the ears. Group members can have the option to have the roll made when making the mutation.
