  1. Chaotic Neutral and sucky at realizing when they have stepped over the line and hurt someones feelings. Can be a grump, and isn't always the smartest crayon in the box. Ketamine is generally considered male but may go with she/her pronouns on ocassion too. Ketamine is a bad parent, generally actually forgetting his has them at all. Breedings outside of those with 404 have little to no meaning for him and he doesn't stick around to find out there are children.
