As you tend the tree, it begins to perk up, and magic begins to swirl around the sapling and you. The magic fills you, bringing with it pure light and joy. Your body begins to glow, the blessing of magic infusing you momentarily before it flows out of you, a golden light entering the tree. The essence of the magic within the world seems to gather, infusing the tree with its glowing golden light. Before your eyes the tree begins to grow, branches spreading and the trunk thickening. It is as if a hundred years of growth infuse it, along with the magic, as leaves grow and shed, endless cycles of years passing in mere moments. For a moment, the magic fills the area completely, a quite noticeable presence. It's as if all the threads of fate led to this point, this moment, blessing the brave Quirlicorns like yourself who put aside their own needs to help the deities, to help your world.
The tree's growth slows, reaching its final stage. Before you where a sapling once stood, choked by dark magic, is now a fully grown and impressive Sacred Dew Tree. The tree's branches sway slightly in a gentle breeze, and a single dew falls to your hooves, not like any seen before.

The Deities gathered around the Sacred Dew Tree, or rather, the original Sacred Dew Tree. The discussion over the Dark Artifacts had progressed little, no Deity truly knowing what to make of the strange objects.
But the discussion came to a halt as magic rushed around them, their full power returning. Gasps of awe came, and murmurs of shock, as magic swelled, and the original Tree began to glow, shimmering light racing up its trunk, over its branches, and through its leaves.
"Magic is back," Frysil sang, his eyes glittering with awe. "Back in full force!"
Anevay stomped a hoof. "Finally!" she said, with a huff. Keir agreed with a snort of his own.
Jagmeet nodded in agreement. He was a lot more contained in his excitement, as was Haukea, but both of their eyes held that same shine of joy.
Aberfa was quieter about it, her expression a bit more troubled.
"It does seem to be so," Zahavah said, gazing up at the tree.
A moment of silence fell over the gathered Deities as they stood in wonder of the free-flowing magic.
"We must reward our helpers," Jagmeet said, and the others nodded.
"I shall keep watch over these Dark Artifacts, and study them further. Go, and attend to your heroes," Zahavah said, and the Deities nodded and dispersed.

Aberfa glided on the breezes high above the Mountains of her home. It was a peaceful moment for the deity, one in which her magic sang within her, the power flowing as if it had never dampened, never left.
The thought brought a frown to her features, for what they had faced. The sense of foreboding had lessened, but so many questions still remained. What were these Artifacts, and where had they come from? Who, or what had planted them there? So many things remained unknown. However....
As Aberfa neared the area she had left her two helpers, she couldn't help but gape in awe at the sight of the strong, fully grown Sacred Dew Tree that had grown from the sickly sapling she had left. The great branches spread, giving shadow to the clearing, but it couldn't quite hide... Goodness gracious, how many sherbets had they eaten?!
Aberfa landed, and Sherbert Delight jumped to her hooves. "Aberfa! Would you like a sherbet?"
Aberfa looked around at the empty freezers and sherbet cups all over the place. "I would love one, actually," Aberfa said. "I hope you plan on cleaning this all up, though."
"Of course! Sherbert replied, grabbing a frozen treat and passing it to Aberfa who hummed with enjoyment as she ate it.
"So the tree grew," Zealin pointed out as she gestured to it.
"Indeed it did," Aberfa said, as she enjoyed the treat. "You two have done well."
"We gave it sherbets too!" Sherbert said with a grin, and Aberfa raised an eyebrow slightly. Well, whatever method worked was fine by her.
"That's certainly a way to use your mind," Aberfa replied, with a gentle smile.
Aberfa looked up at the tree, fully grown with branches swaying in the breeze.
"Out of curiosity..." Zealin said, looking at the dews that had fallen from the tree before them. "Do you know what these are?"
Aberfa studied the dews, gently sniffing them, before her eyes widened in surprise. "They are Mountains Magic," she said in awe.
"Mountain Magic?" Sherbert asked, regarding the dew with a curious eye.
"Yes, raw Mountain Region Magic," Aberfa confirmed "The tree's own gift to you. I'm sure you will find a good use for it... But on that note, a gift for your help as well."
Aberfa turned to Sherbert with a smile. "For you, I gift you with the magic of Delightful Treat. You can summon sherbet's at will with various flavors, and different effects. For example, if you want a sherbet that will give you energy, you can summon it. If you want one that will put you to sleep, well you could summon that as well. Even one that is healthy!" Aberfa said with a laugh.
"And for you," Aberfa turned to Zealin. "I gift you with the Strategist magic. It allows you to see how a plan will unfold, and view the various outcomes from it before you enact it. Good for a mind such as your own," Aberfa said.
The wash of magic rushed over the two mares, gifting them with powers as unique as themselves.
"Thank you for your assistance in these shadowed times. Your help shall not be forgotten by the Deities, and tales of your adventures shall be known to all. From all of us, truly, thank you."
Aberfa bowed her head slightly, giving one last awed look at the tree, before she took to the skies.
