Summer is fun, Summer is cool
Summer is hooooot, but hey! No school!
I like summer, but also, not
It can be fun, but usually too hot.
However, it's when you can chill in a pool
Or down some ice cream cones to stay cool
Summer is exciting and full of love
It's when the sun spends extra time above
It makes me remember the rain and the snow
And the season when green life will grow
Summer is not my favorite for sure
But life would be strange if summer were
No longer around for fireflies and beaches
It is a warm reminder that teaches
To cherish life and the world together
In the dreary, and the fun weather!
