Icy Region: Cursed

Haukea is not fond of the fishing pole you decided to use as it can be cruel to her sea friends. For your lack of thought in fishing tool, Haukea has cursed your quests with Unfavorable outcomes.

(We interpreted the blessed outcome as the dragonet learning to fly. Hopefully that's not too much of a stretch!)

She's heard some fun stories from the Swamp region, so that's where she'll be headed next!
