Personality/Characteristics: 

Goat Man is an old soul. He believes in following all of the rules and being as kind as possible. He also has self-appointted himself as Haywire's babysitter because if he didn't watch Haywire, then that quirl would get into far more trouble. He appears to be very stern and upset over the antics of Haywire, but he really enjoys the fun and randomness that Haywire can bring.
