History:
Cosmos had appeared out of nowhere. One day they were found along the beach at night with moonlight shining upon him. It was almost as if Stardust had placed them there.
Personality/Characteristics: 

-- Cosmos stands at 18 Hh
-- They do no mind what pronoun you give them, they, he, or she is perfectly acceptable.
-- Cosmos is a free floating soul. They are content to remain in one place, but much prefer to visit places and see how it differs from what they happen to call unknown.
-- No one has heard Cosmos speak - at least outloud. Usually, they just nod their head or gestures in some way. For whatever reason, they always seems to get their point across.
-- Some like to describe Cosmos as charming and captivating. They seem to have a way of entrancing others with a passing glance. They don't really appear to make close friendships, merely aquantices and they don't seem to be bothered by such.
