Changes to Land Quests
The New Landowners Initiative
Land Quests have always been a fun, do at your pace activity for members to enjoy. While they have never been a requirement to enjoy the breed, we have always liked to encourage members to partake as a fun way to earn chimes and get a bit of land to call their own. However, we understand that starting land quests can feel time consuming and overwhelming.
To give all Quirlicorn’s an easier chance at owning land we have created the “New Landowners Initiative”. For a Quirlicorn’s first set of quests they will only need to complete one quest from each region (six prompts instead of twelve). After their first land quest is complete, following land quests will be the standard 12 Quests, 2 per Region.
But what if my Quirlicorn already owns land?
In the effort of fairness, if your Quirlicorn has already gained land (from bank, event or Questing), their next set of quests is Eligible for the New Landowners Initiative as well, just make note of it in your Questing post when you submit.
How is this Tracked?
When a Quirlicorn completes a set of New Landowner Initiative Quests that land will be marked with “NLI” in the registry, to help prevent abuse of the system.
How do I get Started?
Head on over to our Land Quest Forums to start your quests! If your Quirlicorn currently has an active Quest they will need to finish that one before starting their NLI Quests.
