Last month we made a slight change to our bank.  In order to make adding and removing items go a little smoother, inactive accounts have been moved to the bottom of the bank.  
We opted to move accounts that have either openly said they have left the breed, or accounts who have not been active in a number of years, to help keep it easier to find bank accounts for those of you who are active.  
Inactive accounts still retain all of their items and rights to said items.  We did not, and will not delete items from inactive accounts.  
If you find your account has been moved to the inactive section in error, you can either let us know that you’re still active via our Discord Server or the Help Desk forum, and we will simply move it back to the active section.  
If you try to use your bank after it was moved to the inactive section, we will simply move it back to the active section because you will have shown activity again.  

So, overall nothing is lost even if you find your bank moved to the inactive area.  But moving inactive accounts will help save time when we are adding multiple rewards from events or Jousts.  We also hope it will make it a little bit faster for you to find your own bank account and items, since there wont be as many account to scroll through.
