Junicorn:
If you’re interested in participating in Junicorn and want to give your Quirlicorns some love in exchange for extra Chimes, we have created a Junicorn Prompt list HERE.
Summer Solstice:
The Summer Solstice will be posted on the 21st of June, and as usual will feature a fun prompt to get your Quirlicorns magic firing! Please keep an eye out for that posting.
Joust Pas d’Armes:
June Joust Pas d’Armes is running as usual. Please be sure to sign up on or before June 5th if you wish to participate in the Joust Pas d’Armes this month. You can find the link for signing up HERE.
Inkheart Retirement
Now that it is June, Inkheart is officially retired. Inkheart will still be eligible to be bred for or mimicked by Samhain or Shifted, however we will no longer be offering Inkheart Customs or Mystery Boxes, as well as allowing Inkheart to be added to a Quirlicorn who does not already have the mutation. nI<3 may be upgraded to I<3I<3 but if one allele is not already present, the gene can not be added.
Group Horse Adoption Changes
Moving forward should an owner of a group horse choose to leave our breed and wish to take the group horse with them, we’ll require that the design they take with them be changed and all Quirlicorn related characteristics be removed (Quirlicorn horns and tails).
New designs may be similar to the original design, but should have at least a few differences so they can be viewed as 2 distinct characters.
While we hope that this is not something that will happen with Group Horses, we also understand that sometimes people move on. We feel strongly that it would be unfair to tell owners they can not take characters with them which they own, so this is our middle ground to help us be able to continue homing retired Group Horses within our community.
Any Group Horses found being used outside of our breed (as other breeds, ARPG or even just personal characters) will be repossessed by the group if they have not been returned to the group and redesigned before being used outside of the breed. To be clear, this only applies to Group Horses clearly being used as non Quirlicorns.
Artifact confusion
When we added Artifact expansions there was a bit of an oversight in how Artifacts are set up and it was worded overall. Artifacts are singular items, however each Quirlicorn comes with 3 Artifact SLOTS ready to go. Each Artifact Expansion grants and additional 3 SLOTS.
Many apologies if the wording created any confusion for anyone, it was not our intent. A section was added to the Artifact page to explain how many SLOTS Quirlicorns have.
June Incentive - Pride
In Celebration of Pride Month, all Quirlicorns bred or Customs cashed in/purchased in the month of June 2022 may get a free recessive Rainbow gene (nRbw) and any same sex breedings may happen without the use of a Heaven’s Wish Dew. If you do not wish to have the rainbow gene added please specify when you submit your breeding or custom claim, otherwise we’ll automatically add it.
This months incentive may not be picked with “pick your own incentives” or with a Cosmic exchange dew.
June Quirlicorn Of The Month

Happy Pride month 2022! Who better to celebrate Pride with than Frank? Frank is a well known and loved queer icon in the Quirliverse. While he’s been busy in the underground his pride game is still strong! It’s with great pride (pun intended) that we celebrate Frank as our June 2022 Quirlicorn Of The Month!
